Happy Panda Designer Toys LLC is not liable for any damage caused by the misuse of any items purchased that have been produced, sold, or distributed by happypandatoys.com. The items available for purchase at happypandatoys.com are not meant as toys for children and therefore should not be treated as such. Happy Panda Designer Toys LLC is not liable for any injury accidental or otherwise caused by disregard for the preceding sentence. 

 

Designer Toys/ Art and Prints
All designer toy, art, and print sales are final. We will only accept returns on items that were received severely damaged (i.e. missing parts and accessories, or item is broken). If the item you purchased arrives damaged you must contact our customer service within 14 days of the item’s arrival. Email customer service a picture of the damaged item along with your order number and whether you would like a refund or replacement; we will then assess the damage to determine whether the item was damaged during shipping or if it is a manufacturing error. We will not accept goods that were damaged due to excessive playing, rough handling, or neglect by the customer (you bought it, you broke it, you keep it). Once the damage on your item has been assessed we will issue a return authorization (RA) number, and mail you a shipping tag which will allow you to send the item back at no cost to you. The item must be sent back with original packaging and any accessories it came with. Also you must include the RA number; items returned without a RA number will not be processed. Once the returned item has been processed you will be refunded for your original expenditure; replacements will be issued upon availability. If the item you purchased is no longer available a refund will be issued. Happy Panda Toys will only accept returns on items purchased at www.happypandatoys.com

Apparel

We will accept returns or exchanges on apparel. If you are unable to wear the item you have purchased due to fit or quality email customer service within 14 days of receiving the item and include your order number, issue, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you desire to exchange the item, the value of the replacement item must be of equal value to the item being returned. You will then be issued a return authorization number and a shipping tag will be mailed to you so that you may ship the item back at no cost to you. The item must be shipped back in original condition including any packaging or tags it was received with. If Happy Panda Toys receives the returned item with any damage (damage includes but is not limited to: stains, missing tags or packaging) no refund or replacement will be issued. Happy Panda Toys will keep the damaged item unless the customer pays for shipping back to him/her. Once the item is processed a refund or replacement will be issued. If the requested replacement is no longer available a refund will be issued. Happy Panda Toys will only accept returns on items purchased at www.happypandatoys.com

All reduced price or sale items purchased at Happy Panda Toys are final sale.
